Your booking team

Give each volunteer their own login. Coordinators can manage bookings; viewers can check the diary. Only the administrator can manage spaces, settings, access and exports.

Keep a copy

A daily database snapshot is kept on the NAS, with the latest 30 snapshots retained. These are on the same device: also keep a copy outside the NAS.

Backup files contain personal information and administrator authentication data. Store them securely. Restore with the service stopped, after taking a copy of the current database. See the administrator guide.
